Tele Collections Executive

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecollections Executive to join our collections team. The role involves making outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a telecollections or telecalling role.

Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO/Collections domain is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English, Gujarati Or Marathi
