Job Description

Role Summary:
Dharohar is looking for someone who loves to create the best customer experience. This role will require you to develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain visitors while ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment. The Head of Visitor Experience is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall visitor experience at Third Space.

You will be responsible to:
– Create and implement a visitor experience strategy aligned with the organization’s goals
– Analyse the visitor journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
– Ensuring efficient and effective visitor services, facilities, and infrastructure
– Tracking visitor metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
– Working with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive visitor experience
– Promoting the visitor experience and managing visitor communications.
