Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Set annual sales goals and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales
Manager and Sales Associates.
– Generate leads and make sales calls to potential customers.
– Continuously update the CRM database and meet sales targets.
– Develop strategies to find new prospects and convert them into customers.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
